On 05/09/2009, a meeting was held, at the CINU office , with the tribal leaders from al-Zubair district, they are: Sheikh Mathloum al-Zuhairi, Sheikh Jasim al-Zuhairi, and Sheikh Mahdi al-Badri, whereupon talk centered on the elections and the need for change.
