On 9/7/2009, and sponsored by the CINU, Sheikh Adnan Burhan al-Juhaishi met at his guest-house and at a luncheon banquet a group of officers among them lieutenant general Hikmat Kadhim, and among the attendance were Mohammad Muhsen al-Zubaidi when he was the governor of Baghdad directly after the occupation, and Sheikh Mohammad Jasim (Ameer Ezbaid) wherein talking with them touched on the coming elections and the role of CINU in the political process.
