We have been afflicted by dictator sultans, appropriating rulers, greedy officials and bluff politicians, so when you hear their resonant sermons they are reckoned among revealed angels and when not heeded slightly they start to plot furtively, for the majority of Iraqi politicians today is inclined to tyranny, tenacity, injustice, appropriation and disposal however he pretends and claims, whenever he is left to his own on the seat of power alone where he rules to his wishes; these phrases and words possibly disclose eloquently our new politicians especially when they talk about democracy, its practice and elections systems in the world, so what we know about elections campaigns in all world countries, whether in superpower countries or in recent- experienced countries in this field like the states of the former USSR, I do remember that a demonstration was held a few years ago in a country and led to a straightforward dismissal of its government; so normally electoral competition is based on fair competition via various service programs that come under the service and interest of individuals, secure a free decent life, and contribute to increased per capita income, improve the individual financial and health conditions and so forth, thus, blocs and parties compete for that in order to win voter's satisfaction and conviction; however, rival blocs avoid usually all forms and ways of temptation during the ads of candidates for if it was proved, beyond doubt, that a party or candidate is labeled as dishonest, it will be deprived thereafter from participation on the one hand, and will lose the voter's confidence on the other hand, and as such will be liable to failure if he tried to take part over again as this is considered an abuse to the meaning of democracy and its concepts. Notwithstanding, what goes on in Iraq after the dual US, Safawi occupation and its negative impact on the conviction of voter might not be present anywhere else but in some our Arab and Islamic regions with authoritarian regimes, tenacious with hands and teeth to their thrones and offices, in this sense, the phenomenon of purchasing conscience and electoral votes we have not ever seen or witness about before, and the squander of these enormous money is a conclusive proof that whoever does this shameful act is a corrupt since birth and it is not unlikely to be involved in issues of kickbacks and bribes otherwise where all these money being squandered here and there are coming from, I mean by that when one prominent official paid a visit to the south governorates, which enjoy vast oil wealth, in a bid to mobilize voters into its notorious list he focused in his tour on the tribes whose houses are adjacent to oil fields and gave away to each tribal sheikh (25) million Iraqi dinar, and giving such a sum of money is not truly intended for the sake of elections only but a sort of mutual understanding aiming at another objective, farther away and deeper scheming , and speculations beyond the elections inasmuch as it is a new map and this will enter into their distant calculations if elections should fail or the results were not as expected or in case a sudden surprise was triggered by rivals or chaos occurred, then the tribes are urged to occupy the oil fields under the pretext of protecting them, and they are prompted to demand for the establishment of territories, and oil fields and wells are appropriated until forces from the evil neighboring countries are invited to launch a military occupation, and as such the south of Iraq will be severed under the pretext of that request made by the natives and clans. This person is sick and deluded into what he is dreaming of, so he seems a naïve person in the loyalty of the Southern respectable people in general and the clans in particular, their commitment to Iraq, land and soil, their deep roots implanted so much as their national and historical depth and affiliation honor are linking them with Iraq and the Arab nation, which will spare them the temptations of this deviant person and whoever stand behind and support him in this subversive endeavor, so shout your top resounding cry in his face, O' grandchildren of Sha'alan and Abu Waljoun, O' children of the 20th revolution, and proclaim your dissociation from him whatever his status today is, as he will fail with his divisive sectarian project, and sooner or later will run away heads over heels and fled from where he originally came, terrified, dragging the tails of disappointment and failure, going back to his Persian masters for good.
