The Discriminatory Panel decision on the hearing of appeals filed by the uprooted and excluded via the board of treachery and hostility against Iraq and Iraqis in order  to respite their uprooting to after the parliamentary elections, and to permit their nomination to run the elections, has revealed to Iraqis more of shame and dishonor scandals, and how ugly and filthy those strenuous efforts of new lies, frauds and plots by contrived by those grim faces and their henchmen to avert failure and loss till their last spark of life, thus confirming to Iraq and the Iraqis again and to the whole world that the policy of state of law is not actually so but a policy of bands or mafias that do not hang the least value or importance, in pursuing their objectives and goals, onto land, blood, money, honor, dignity , freedom and will of a people from the far north to the far south…  even they do not feel shame or bashfulness from the people's recognition and awareness of their tricks and lies upon the people for they work like a tractor that does not hesitate  to uproot all that might stand in its way whether human beings, stone, buildings and so on… so, after it accepted arbitration with the Discriminatory Panel and agreed to take up its decisions, it declared, when it became apparent that "the winds blow counter to what ships desire", and the decision came in conflict with its liking, as reported by all its gangs collectively represented in the Higher Commissariat for Elections, and the Panel of Treachery and Hostility to Iraq and the Iraqis and Non-accountability, its non-approval of and challenge the legality of the Discriminatory Panel's decision, or should otherwise rule according to its whims and as it resolves so, under coercion and pressures; while the more annoying of all is the exclusive rejection and disapproval of this decision  by the largest political bloc in the Iraqi parliament forming the executive power in the state, its bodies, and governmental establishments, the one competing with the uprooted blocs from the ballots, namely, the Shiite National Coalition alone from among the rest, openly and publicly without embarrassment after the earth has closed in on them and their tricks and lies confined their dummy bodies that are no longer beneficial and were cornered tightly to reveal to the whole world a non-novel truth added to previous ones in their black record, which is: it wanted to have the power for itself only and to exclude their rivals – who have won great popularity and standing in the hearts of Iraqis longing for integrity, sincerity, affection and candor after they have tasted the pains and bitterness of treachery and treason afflicted upon them by the existing government- by way of using the state's illegal establishments and bodies controlled  by persons charged with crimes and assassinations against our people, and who  join "special circles" in Iran al-Quds Army, such as the suspect Ali Allami, or whoever should be uprooted not other else, who reported information to the intelligence department in the ex-regime time to execute 70 Iraqi officers on top of them Raji al-Takriti,  like the accused Ahmad al-Jalabi, and with constitution and laws written by their own hands after they have become bankrupt of their former supporters and the thousand of votes coming from Iran during elections period turned out insufficient, and perhaps they are not lucky enough this time in rigging the elections; hence, folly and frivolity of those wretched people will not avail them in  intimidating a group of their ex-supporters, the so-called Baath and Baathists, or even an attempt to distort and undermine their rivals' images and all the like of mean intentions that need not to elaborate on or express them, but will fire back on them with more shame, disgrace and infamy, and will not reflect negatively on their rivals but with more loftiness, highness, dignity and honor and more of popularity and affection. But their laughter and cynicism is not coming from the Iraqi people to whom throughout these past five years they offered death, subversion and devastation, nor from their rivals and opponents in the political process whom they thought have succeeded in keeping them away, but from their destiny and hard luck, and to what they would wind up with tomorrow due to their own hatred and rancor against the whole humanity (Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed falsehood is ever bound to depart) (so let them laugh a little and then weep much), the world would laugh at them, with all of its people, trees, stone, every atom and molecule component thereof, for war is drumming proclaiming the end of an era that has seen the most tyrant, brutal, savage and aggressive of all empires, the Zoroastrian Persian empire, and the extinguishment of  its fires, toppling and collapse of its edifices, castles, towers, and nuclear arsenal, criminal dreams, Khosrau mansions, followers and lackeys whom will be brought before the Divine justice as this was the destiny of predecessor tyrants representing to the whole world the manifestations of the grandest, and greatest images of power, oppression reality and the Divine unrelenting response (Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with Aad, who had lofty pillars, the likes of whom had never been created in the land? And Thamud, who carved out the rocks in the valley? And Pharaoh, owner of the stakes? All of whom oppressed within the lands, and increased therein the corruption, so your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment, indeed, your Lord is in observation), for an example of the most arrogant powers of evil, savagery, oppression, and aggressiveness, opening the door widely for their people and the whole world towards a bright future full of hope, weal, freedom, justice, affection and tolerance making out of this change a  great historic turning point boasted of in front of all there on earth, and feel proud thereof, and thus welfare and good omens will cover every spot around the globe.
