Concrete is engulfing Baghdad

Capital of Rasheed has been sinking since a few years very slowly and  repugnantly in concrete high walls erected to reduce terrorist attacks as claimed by the government and its security plans, and the more disagreeable are the brokers of the political process, whereby movements of people are restricted and their freedoms guaranteed by constitution are straitened also; however, these high walls sever most quarters of the capital from one another, encircle and isolate others in the form of Cantons which would leave the impression among other regions that evil lies in that neighborhood or that area which would generate jealousies and divergence between respective inhabitants and touch upon their sensitivity, doubtless this premeditated scheme which involves a special type of malice under the pretext of the successive security plans, which proved to be a failure with no tangible results, but went to serve the architects of capital's partitioning, plans of hatred and general population rivalry which would threaten the national unity and erode the internal front of Iraqi people, and by these walls capital was sketched according to preferences, attitudes and beliefs of her contingent rulers and novel politicians, and the secret their hearts hide, intrigue and pathogenic fast-spreading political viruses they as well store, even between a single family, with such irrefutable and unquestionable  Persian plans and schemes, rather, as if by that they shackle Baghdad with concrete chains and barbed wires, but as if by that they force her to go sad, muzzle her beautiful mouth and count her breaths, as these high walls obscure her beauty and splendor and fragrant aroma of history and most prominent traditional milestones therein, as if they wanted that for her; and so her visitors would feel as though she was forced to be in one shade symbolizing that she was hit by a devastating political earthquake, and still threatening to recur more reckless frivolous bearing tragedies remain seated in the hearts of her inhabitants to time unseen, and she makes her visitors feel like to leave hurriedly without delay or slowing down as the government wanted from these walls to establish the concepts of racism and revive  sectarian strife, and to employ the policy of violence and disrupt the social close ties of the one homeland members and use it as a way for collective punishment and protection of the frightened and scared officials; however, if this large sums of money that exhausted the collapsing Iraqi economy spent to bring this scheme to success were spent on service projects in the interest of citizen the returns would have been positive on the deteriorating conditions from which the citizen complains, perhaps I say this because we find that its presence is of no more avail, for the explosions are cutting the heads of Iraqis and dissolve their pure bodies mercilessly every day and the reason is as  much evident as the sun in broad daylight; the government is delinquent at all levels and the main reason is her refusal to conduct a comprehensive national reconciliation by which to deliver the Iraqi heads from blind terrorism, and the other reason is her political contentions and dishonest competition and this is why concrete walls are still standing today and this is why the government is still surviving  behind these walls resting on the skulls and bones of its citizens…
