Legal argument

Every session has a different discussion and to every speech, irrelevant to or incongruent with logic, there is an argument held by the concerned to justify and pass their mean sought objectives, according to their whims, dispositions and trends and as their selves may desire and tempt, and perhaps the most remarkable issue that has appeared in Iraq recently is about the argument of incomplete quorum of parliament members which has become the recent-origin and ready-made legal argument in which our dear country has been worthily unique so it ranked the first among various arguments present on the Iraqi parliament table, to evade and avoid any decision or law that does not in compliance with some novel extremist politicians under its dome and who seek assiduously in the dark lobbies, always and tirelessly, and who work to spread the narrow sectarianism throughout Iraqi society, and who do not work for the service of Iraq but for their personal and foreign interests they are associated with which wanted to cause damage to Iraq and undermine the political process, sow division among Iraqi people by circulating troubles and dividing them to many sects warring among each other so that they can be in control of the country resources, achieve their colonial and expansionist schemes, establish a fragile government which can be easily crossed and pass any law according to their mood.

What is the base on which the parliament was set up and its members selected who are supposed to carry the fate of the people and country in the enactment of laws and decisions and are entrusted with the confidence and fate of the Iraqi citizenry who gave them their votes in the elections, if such respected parliamentarians do not abide by the official specified attendance and their meeting dates and by their presence therein, and do not adhere to the controls  acceptable and applied in all international parliaments, and they act negatively on the political, economic and developmental process, and are the reason in interrupting the wheel of life in all state facilities and institutions?

And why the officials condone them though of their repetition now and then? Are not there any regulations or laws that check their excessiveness and their indifference to duties entrusted to them? And on what are disbursed all these salaries, allowances and benefits members of parliament are privileged to rather than others, and which are more than double the salaries of ministers in great countries, and may possibly exceed those earned by presidents in other countries as well?...
