Many observers of the embezzlement operation from citizenry and most residents of the dear capital Baghdad are questioning unreservedly the fate of money embezzled and disappeared as a result of the biggest embezzlement operation ever seen by Baghdad's governorate since its inception to this date, however, estimated at ID (12) billion, and the delay in not announcing the names of perpetrators tampering with the public funds in this case raises many questions? Especially as keeping silent on the corrupts will cause the prominent officials lose the credibility of their statements and convert in the eyes of masses to bubbles of information for local consumption not aligned with reality, so the citizen remains in permanent baffle for being unable to eliminate the ghost of administrative corruption which pervaded all joints of the state without any deterrent that might give hope in holding accountable the encroachers and violators earnestly and referring them subsequently to the judiciary for punishment, and we see that the minimum punishment against the embezzlers of public funds is to declare about them in all media. However, some suspect that the reason behind delay in disclosing the implicated is their affiliation to influential parties because everyone know that a placement in such departments requires a letter of recommendation and uprightness from the big parties per the abhorrent allocation in order for a person to have a seat in the paradise of the capital governorate  and enjoy the delights of its fictitious contracts alongside with who suckled with him from the breast of factional narrow-mindedness; yet, observers of this issue consolidate their doubts by posing a partially apropos question to the effect that: how for an anonymous employee in the governorate financial department could endorse instruments with large sum of money  in her name without being questioned by her financial or administrative superior, is this sensible? Most probably she used to enjoy moral support, conspicuous sectarian or regional gravity so that its impact has reflected on the bank members and staff and thus they were forced to facilitate the process of cashing the endorsed instruments in her name subserviently, and it is likely that most suspects of the governorate staff and bank employees belong to one party to fund his electoral campaign, or in anticipation to his release from power after losing in the coming elections, however, for all these questions the observers are waiting respective answers so patiently in order to verify all the above said. It is quoted that three investigative committees are trusted with the case file, formed from the Ministry of the Interior, the Judiciary council, and the integrity panel, though these investigative committees have worked since enough time and are still working but slowly without any significant results; arguably, interestingly, these committees have promised to unmask names, addresses and photos of the suspects in order to put the Iraqi street in the picture about the details of  crime and its exciting chapters complete without quibble or montage. And some whisper in fear that behind this delay there may be a settlement, bargain or deal with the suspects because the sum is enormous and nobody can tell precisely if the said amount was actually 12 or 17 billion ID, especially as the role of current government is not effective for a more longer time and thus this feeling may reflect on some investigators in this sense; so we see that these committees should put the citizenry in the core of investigation details and inform them step by step about all updated information in order to remove uncertainty about their performance and integrity for the sake of restituting the public right, and as such a canine of the corruption beast canines has thus been smashed, and a serious step on the route to pluck out its paws and appendages…
