The electoral process is a top-notch political battle in which all legitimate instruments are used to do away with political rivals in a political, professional and moral fashion in order to achieve victory and triumph in thereof results for a proper service of  the community.

However, it is noted in the election processes today, especially in our country, that legitimate instruments are used at times and greater use of illicit means which are devised by political Iraqi factions and movements linked to regional and international agendas representative of foreign policies. As these movements used the policy of marginalization and exclusion firstly then the policy of threat and intimidation secondly, and last but not least the policy of personal or collective targeting of all that is patriotic, or a token of patriotism; and what happened a few days ago of targeting the CINU, Saladin office in Tikrit by an armed suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt, is but a stark evidence for the implementation of these agendas per targeting national parties and movements, which refuse but to implement their national program conserving the unity, security and sovereignty of Iraq.

This was the criminal terrorist incident which led to the death of the martyr the valiant Mohammad Muzher Shaaban, who tried to prevent the terrorist from entering the building and in his death he set an example of genuine heroism, an evidence of criminal retaliatory operations that target every patriotic for no reason but because they have proved their patriotism in word and deed, and that these criminal acts will only augment our determination and fervor in the service of our unfaltering patient people, but the fate of these schemes which came from across the borders will be in the dump of history along with their promoters and implementers, and surely a new dawn will break forth in which the dominance will be for patriotism and patriotic men. Glory and eternity for our hero martyr and also to all his brothers of Iraq martyrs; keep going, victory and persistence to our coalition under the leadership of Dr. Nahro Mohammad AbdulKarim, with vileness and meanness to those criminals and murderers who have sold themselves and home in return for a few dirhams.
