Eventually masks fell off the faces that assumed false freedom, smoke cleared and fog disappeared that once filled the sky with darkness over years in which the proud Iraqi people suffered a lot, and proved in the meanwhile that he is of consequence, ability, patience and matchless will. And here we proceed on the track of true struggle that emanated from the core of the people's will and from its folds to restore the right to be granted on equal basis, impose respect and protect it, confirm the Iraqi free existence, instill the spirit of citizenship, retrieve self–confidence and its constructive role in building the state and maintain a sober Iraqi society, for we have a history that could bloom our future with civilization, knowledge, glories, and ingrained heritage.

Our start was made from the idea of Iraqi existence as entity each individual is holding on to his affiliation to Iraq and his pride in Iraqi identity, we are mighty people and thus we should work to reunite the Iraqi family, provide all possible means of comfortable decent and peaceful living on the home ground, hence our decision to engage in the political process was the people's decision and will for we came into being from among its classes. We however used to work and seek to serve and maintain the homeland faithfully thru our jobs and employments, and here we are today working to combine all giant forces and efforts exerted via embracing each other in this pure Iraqi coalition the CINU.

So, working on claiming the rights and granting them to whatever existing in Iraq of, land, people, and space, is just a part of faith mission in being and its preservation, and in our endeavor also to make woman an active part in our mission and work springs from our faith in respecting freedoms and feminine being which has always had a great and significant active role to play in the building and formation of Iraqi society.

Thus, Iraq is part of the global community though somehow different in certain items when it comes to dealing with woman, for woman has a major role, even the essential and the driver of a public base that ensures the rights of woman in the new constitution, works to disseminate these rights and take to political, economic, cultural and social development which would encourage the promotion and support of human rights, establish the democratic approach and fix it so that no avenue is left for an oppressed woman or man nor for any oppressed Iraqi human, but to adopt  democracy as our avenue, take up dialogue and conversation in order to re-build the state with efforts shared by all categories that possess and boast about the Iraqi identity in the light of new development that came upon the way Iraqi woman thinks.

As for the pursuit of feminist Iraqi movement and its relation with the building of state institutions in order to establish a legal and social reality that drives woman to become an actor and responsible in all state institutions and civil society organizations, then the work on educating man about woman's rights and respect will give her support and a solid substrate on which she can rely in being responsible, and for him to be the caring and strong hand that defends woman's rights, believes in and grant them to her with all respect and appreciation for her priority and merit worth of this right, and woman also should exchange with man this respect. Anyway, woman has demonstrated her patience and understanding of the current situation so she was the most affected by what is happening with the loss of her husband, brother and son. Therefore, she is always upon stake in such difficult circumstances, in which Iraqi women have reflected an honorable image to the world that did not shatter in spite of all that, and have not stayed confined to her house walls but went out to her job without fear or hesitation and thus became prominent in civil society institutions and in her significant role in her social life, management of her house, and raising her children on sound principles to prepare a promising generation for the building of a free unified Iraq devoted to  all Iraqi spectra and religions.

But, unfortunately, she could not become that prominent in the state institutions due to sectarian coalescences within the governmental institutions that were born as a result of sectarian allocation in forming the current government, and preference of men to her in various positions without referral to efficiency evaluation, and the rise of unqualified women, hence the bulk of our work should concentrate on educating and raising awareness of women cadres, and urge her to participate in the process of work and construction, raise people's awareness on the need to choose eligible, diligent, informed, hard working, strong and capable woman to bear Iraqi responsibility in order not to fall in the past mistakes resulting from the lack of awareness, obscurity and suppression intended by many parties in their endeavor to efface Iraqi identity, break up the unity of Iraqi people and land. So, we have all to strive for this awareness and spread the culture, and to be united in one family, one nation and a single unified Iraq.
