In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

At the time in which we are watching closely the progress of counting and assorting process going at the election centers in Iraq governorates and at the high independent commissariat of elections to determine winner listings, we came to know for sure that a big conspiracy is taking place inside the lobbies of informational department of  the commissariat for tampering with the votes in favor of certain parties with clear dominance over the commissariat, which will affect the political process already founded on the concept of peaceful rotation of power including, transparency, integrity and respect for the will of voters.

We confirm here that some influential officials in the ruling parties are trying, on account of their control over the informational department in the commissariat, to manipulate with the results of voting and practice the zero-scandal that has multiplied ten-times the figures of some listings falsely and untruly.

And despite of what happened of intimidation against voters in most areas of Baghdad and a number of other governorates, wherein our coalition is gaining the trust of masses, including the barbaric act, and so shameful, when government forces broke into the centers of CNU the morning of elections to spread fear and panic in the hearts of our people and discourage them from participation in the ballot but this could not thwart the resolution of our voters and audiences.

We, in the CNU, announce our rejection of all elections' results if they were not in line and in match with the initial results of sorting and enumeration yielded at the stations, and we also call on the UN and the European Union, Organization of Islamic Conference and the Arab League, the International Parliamentary Union and the Union of Arab Parliamentarians, and the Arab Transitional Parliament to intervene directly to prevent this gross manipulation and underestimation of the will of Iraqi people who marched out the day of elections in spite of all intimidation and scaring  practiced against it.

We would declare also of our solidarity with all lists that are subject to electoral wrong and injustice exercised against them and call on them, if the situation remains so, to form an opposition front against the results of false parliamentary elections and this is the least we can do for our Iraqi people which moved out dreaming of a change on that violet day.
