I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of CNU masses would extend to your Excellency hearty felicitation on your great accomplishment by announcing a government of national partnership, which would have not seen the light had it not be for the great and extraordinary effort you made in communicating, with open mind and heart, with the other political parties.

And in spite of all  great challenges that will be awaiting the completion of your tasks pursuant to the Ministerial program which was made public on the 21st of December, so we are confident that the political process in Iraq that has become closer to and more interactive with the Iraqi street, will be an agent in the completion of these tasks based on recognition by all political parties of their responsibility towards giving success to your ministerial program for they are an integral part of the government, therefore,  we see that you are today, more than ever, in front of a national, historical and religious responsibility represented in overriding the past and starting a new page entitled "responsible openness to all" in order to promote Iraq in a way to enhance its Arab, Islamic and international position.

We in CNU assure you of our full support and our keen interest to render your tasks and programs of your esteemed government come to success, and we, as the general agent of the Aliyan Qaderia Alexanzani School in Iraq and the world will be, along with our followers, God willing, a support for Iraq and its people to spread the culture of tolerance and brotherhood, propagate the spirit of moderation and respect for human rights, renounce violence and promote civil peace, address the dissensions caused by the sectarian strife,  observe the renouncement and fight of sectarianism, and reconstruct Iraq and maintain its institutions.

Our participation in the political process in the new Iraq through the mechanisms of democracy – in spite of what has afflicted us of injustice, we will seek with all efforts , God willing, to lift it off by knocking at all legal doors – is the result of awareness of our religious and national responsibility to stand one rank with all those who wanted to build Iraq and bring it back to normal in the international community, and thus we assert here our full readiness and thru our political, scientific and religious examples to work as possibly we can do to strengthen the relationship between Iraq and its Arab and Islamic surrounding on the official, popular and masses levels .
