(After the people, eventually, have tasted the savor of freedom … and the doors of expression and change have opened before them with the breakage of silence barrier, and after they have passed the threshold of fear … tomorrow will be brighter as the people will not hesitate to overthrow the yellow papers, one after the other)
Where Iraqi people are standing now… the children of daily suffering, and whereabouts we are on the chart of variables?
Shall we remain stuck to our sites, relying on endurance at the expense of our dignity? Or shall we move on and try to coin new classes of people with advanced mentality, and equally interested in what happens and crops up around them of events and developments?
What goes on in Iraq today lacks the approach and vision till the climate of judgment has become a reflection for beliefs and ideas that are irrelevant to patriotism, this point must be raised and deepen with due dialogue.
We have not heard since the first bullet was fired an announcement of the regime fall so far, this, who has returned after long years of lavishness in the lands of democracy, or that, who talks about years of struggle outside the homeland, may resolve to change or engage in the crucible of masses, knowing that the fundamental case remained within the framework of trading, the sole driver and motivator of their policies at both internal and external levels.
All claims the ability and knowledge in the attempt to eliminate the prevailing dissociation, and publicized stumbling due to chaos which comprised all articulations of state and society… at the time when practice is reflecting imperfect vision but underdeveloped all through, and here comes the voice of reason to declare: what the compelled has but only to mount its expedient?
And this is the very conduct that has created a state of imbalance and intensified the tear.
Certainly, patriotic duty makes self-denial imperative to all, and unless cooperation and understanding replace selfishness and discord, so, unilateral decisions and staying away from belonging to homeland will create more conflicts, and the arena will be void of any affirmative action, and evidences are numerous. However, if we wanted to turn the papers, chaos, delinquency, immoderation and inflexibility are the features of new shift, because men of change have not get acquainted with the people, they are still living in fortified houses as if they do not know or presumably overlook that the people who have elected them are the same people who will turn them down.
